How To Use

Quick Help

Load Model		Loads a new BioPAX model (".owl" file) from disk
Pan		Left-click on canvas and drag
Zoom In		Zooms in to the next available zoom level
Zoom Out		Zooms out to the next available zoom level
Object Properties		Left-click on a node/edge
Persist View		Persists the current pathway view for embedding in a web page
Save Geometry		Saves the layout information in a simple formatted XML file
Export as SVG		Generates an SVG image of the current pathway view
Export as PNG		Generates a PNG image of the current pathway view
